Refund Policy

1. Advance Payments

• Once the advance payment is made and the work has commenced, the amount is non-refundable. This is due to the allocation of resources, time, and effort dedicated to your project.

2. Service-Specific Refunds

• Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Motion Graphics, and Animation Videos:
  • Once the work begins, no refund will be provided, even if the project is canceled mid-way by the client.

3. Exceptional Cases

• In rare situations where the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will evaluate the situation and may provide a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Initiation

• If the client decides to cancel the service after the advance payment but before the work has started, we may retain up to 30% of the advance as a processing fee.

2. Ongoing Projects

• For ongoing projects, cancellations are not permitted once significant progress has been made.

Social Media Handling Terms

1. Content Delays

• If we provide a detailed content plan or guidance, and the client delays recording or providing raw materials, any resulting delays in the project timeline are solely the responsibility of the client.
• In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided for missed deadlines or extended timelines.

2. Raw Content Submission

• If the client delays submitting raw content, causing a delay in the video editing process, and the project exceeds the agreed timeline for publishing, we will not be held responsible for the delays.

3. Final Deliverables

• Once the content is delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be entertained.

Additional Terms

• We encourage all clients to communicate promptly and ensure the timely provision of required materials to avoid unnecessary delays.
• All projects and services are bound by the terms agreed upon at the initiation of the project.
